Whitt. Creative was inspired by the unconventional methods I developed while building my career. I started in the industry at 15 years old. Before I had clients, I had projects. Before I had a formal education, I was learning by doing: building businesses, working across industries, prioritizing inquiry, understanding myself, making mistakes, and figuring out what actually worked.

 

Over the years, I noticed multiple patterns, the most notable being that those willing to venture outside of what they were “supposed to do” often found opportunities others missed.

I don't believe in doing things differently just to be different; my process is distinct and intuitive. I approach everything like a puzzle: questioning what exists, understanding why it exists, and finding new ways for the pieces to fit together to form something solid.

Over 11 years, I’ve gained experience in marketing, business development, value chain and organizational management, retail, e-commerce, events, technology, real estate, healthcare, and small business. I carry everything I've learned with me, giving me the flexibility to approach each person, business, and problem differently.

I've always been drawn to efficiency and quality. I enjoy looking for gaps, redundancies, overlooked opportunities, and ways to improve what already exists. My brain naturally connects things that others may not immediately see as related. Something I retained in one industry can become the answer to a problem in another. A process, conversation, piece of information, or passing observation can become part of an entirely different solution.
